Character is what we are. Reputation is what others think we are. Character is in a man's soul, reputation is in the minds of others. Character is what gives a man value in his own eyes, reputation is what he is valued at in the eyes of others.
In the absence of good character we regress to a sort of animalism. we become as a jellyfish. To earn a dishonest dollar is prostitution of character whether it be in the law office or house of ill repute. Millions do not make the man. The vilest of creatures can be men of great material wealth, through bankrupts of character. Character is the hallmark of true manhood and womanhood.
Begin to showcase good character of purpose, fair play and action. it is what drives the inner being toward godliness and success.
