Know Ur SDGoals - @SDGPoice

#KnowUrSDGoals

To achieve Sustainable Development Goal 16 we need to establish the rule of law on the basis of equality ⚖️

UNODC ensures that human rights of vulnerable groups e.g. women, children and victims are addressed in the context of crime prevention and criminal justice reform in an effort to #LeaveNoOneBehind.

America a Christian Nation - President Donald Trump

America, a Christian Nation - President Donald Trump

In agreement with what President Trump said:
Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of AMERICA, as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks
Separately, TRUMP angered some American Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques.
Quote:
'IMMIGRANTS, NOT AMERICANS, MUST ADAPT... Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks, we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Americans.
'This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom.
'We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language!
'Most Americans believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools.
If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.'
'We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us.
'This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great AMERICAN freedom, 'THE RIGHT TO LEAVE'.
'If you aren't happy here then LEAVE’. We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country that accepted you.
NOTE:
IF we circulate this amongst ourselves, WE will find the courage to start speaking and voicing the same truths.
If you agree, please SEND THIS ON and ON, to as many people as you know....and for those who disagree move to a third world country and live there. "

Origin of Benin Kingdom. - Ramson Adamu

The original founders of Benin  kingdom are the Edo people, were initially ruled by Ogiso meaning”Kings of the sky “who called their land Igodomigodo.
The first Ogiso (Ogiso Igodo) wielded influence and gained popularity as a good ruler. He died after a long good reign and was succeeded by Ere,his eldest son.
In the 12 century, there was a great palace intrigue and crown prince Ekaladerhan, the only son of the last Ogiso, was sentenced to death as a result of the first queen(who was barren)deliberately changing an Oracle’s message of the Ogiso.
In carrying out the royal order that he be killed, the palace messengers had mercy and set the king free at Ughoton near Benin.
The exiled prince Ekaladerhan changed his name to Izoduwa meaning “I have choosing the path of prosperity”and find his way to ile Ife.
Chief Oliha mounted a Search for the barnished prince Ekaladerhan-whom the Ife people now called Oduduwa.Oduduwa, who could not return due to his advanced age, granted them oranmiyan his son to rule over them.
After residing at his palace in Usama for some years he called for a meeting of the people and renounced his office remarking in vexation ile-ibinu “ile means land “binu” mean anger, and thus the kingdom was called ibinu, which was mispronounce as Bini In 15th -16th century by the Portuguese.
