BEgroup Professionals presently a hybrid of Recreate Nigeria Limited and
Braunplan International Limited both registered
with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria on the December 10, 2015
launched Decisive Entrepreneurial Empowerment Drive (DEED)
which held at Barcelona Hotel had stakeholder from various corporate
institution, youth delegates and media partners (Nigeria Union of Journalist,
Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria(FRCN), Voice of Nigeria(VON), Nigeria
Television Authority(NTA) and media newspaper houses.
DEEDLaunch convening is to take a stand on
Entrepreneurship as solution to reducing unemployment, with recommendation on
innovations and strategy of a clearly defined implementation process, reiterates Morah Emmanuel, the Chief Coordinating
Officer (CCO) Decisive Entrepreneurial Empowerment Drive (DEED) and Managing
Director(MD) BEgroup Professionals organizer and project consultants of the
programme.
DEEDLaunch discussant, Lady Azuka Azinge of the
Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) comments after the programme “I would love
to be a part of this important platform to empower our youths.“ and challenged
all entrepreneurially minded youth to get up and start up, as recognizable
opportunities abounds and registration at CAC is very Easy, walk in to any of
our branches around, first conduct a search which only cost N500.00, meet all
requirement and pay N10,500.00 for registration, she said.
SMEDAN
representative, Naomi Udoh describe the launch as “Encouraging, Educative and i
think the youths should buy this idea and the training”. Our media partner,
FRCN representative Margaret Obia Larry-Akang, expressed her delight of being
present at the launch commenting ““It was an interesting section and I have
learnt a lot.”
Professor
Patricia Donli, DEEDLaunch keynote speaker, spoke on the theme: Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR): Potential Driver for Youth Entrepreneurial
Empowerment and Innovation. She is the advocate for Gender Equality, Peace and
Development Centre, Abuja. She further stated that “Youth development including
entrepreneurship development in Nigeria poses a collective responsibility.
Governments at all tiers, their institutions, donor agencies and endowed
individuals are all stakeholders.”.
The
event convener, Rosemary Akande, President Female Artist Association of Nigeria
(FEAAN) during her opening speech, stated that “Given this new co-operation
between CSR and Entrepreneurs, Jobseekers will all soon become Jobgiver.” She
went on to commend the organizer BEgroup Professionals, noting she will always
be obliged to this co-operation.
Concluding
the programme, Mr Emmanuel Morah, reiterated that the vision of DEED in his
vote of thanks speech, “as we begin the journey of raising 200,000 young
entrepreneurs and your support is highly appreciated as we look forward to a
new Nigeria”. His special gratitude went to all corporate institution and media
partner delegates present at the programme launch and welcome the youth
delegate to a future of empowering for posterity. He told, the youth delegates
to watch-out for DEED upcoming training, January 24 – 26, 2016.
