A young boy was looking for advice about life and came to his grandfather, an old Cherokee.
“Each one of us has two wolves inside us,” he said to the boy.
“One is evil – he is always angry at everyone around him and feels envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, and false pride”
He continued, “The other wolf is good, he is in harmony and feels joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.
There is a constant fight going on between those two wolves. And it’s often hard to live with this fight as each wolf tries to dominate our spirits”.
This fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”
The old Cherokee smiled and replied, “The one you feed. Sometimes we do mistake in life, not just because we are humans, we do mistake because we take actions/ plains that we don’t properly plain of.
Those who speak of progression but are afraid of change are self-repressed and therefore unable to reach any further than their eyes can already see.
We do not get to choose how we start out in life. We do not get to choose the day we are born or the family we are born into, what we are named at birth, what country we are born in, and we do not get to choose our ancestry. All these things are predetermined by a higher power. By the time you are old enough to start making decisions for yourself; a lot of things in your life are already in place. It’s important, therefore, that you focus on the future, the only thing that you can change
Those who have no achievements of their own. They've made nothing, created nothing, worked at nothing. They will leave no trace that they ever existed. They have no legacy except for their names, which they did nothing to earn, so time waits for no man.
I leave you with this quote “you may encounter many defeats, but you most not be defeated”.....

Lets wake up to  build a better Nigerian...

The Story of the Two Wolf - Mmakwe Uche Francis

Meet BEgroup Professionals Delta State Coordinator, Mmakwe Uche Francis and his views about the Two Wolf Story.

PS -| Life itself is our best teacher, i recall discussing with Mr Muo Charles, CEO ChartPearl Edge Resources Limited of how long we have been friends and still friend and i noted to him that if our integrity hasn't been questioned over these years, then our friendship was meant to be. His experience studying abroad was a tale to suit that of being there and receiving the best life offers but always had the relish of coming back home, to begin the benefits gained from the study.
We are all tools for change, accepting the "Good" Wolf will only increase our chances for a Good Developed Nigeria of our dreams, now vision and in action. BE you whatever race you call yourself in Nigeria, WE ARE ONE. Our united is our best, our purpose for togetherness should be our only focus, we are what we make of our future, We Are Nigerians, ready!" - Morah Emmanuel

True Leadership; Barrack Obama - Morah Emmanuel

TODAY NAME ASKED ME WHO A TRUE LEADER IS? ALL I DID WAS RELAY AMY REES ADAMSON’S DESCRIPTION OF WHO IS A TRUE LEADER;
3 hrs ·
"True leaders know who they are and what they stand for. They know their values and the rules they will abide by, regardless of the circumstances they face. They allow their people to understand the values they are committed to uphold, which lays a foundation for the rules their people will be expected to adhere to. True leaders both know and communicate their values openly with the people they lead, creating an atmosphere of certainty and trust.
True leaders have integrity. Integrity is the very core of their influence. Living the values they profess to believe is what gives them credibility and allows others to place their trust in them. True leaders are able to say “do as I do” rather than just “do as I say”, because they lead by example.
True leaders work right alongside the people they lead in order to get to know and care about the people they are leading. Working with people allows leaders to lift and inspire their team.
True leaders listen without being condescending. They are willing to hear what others have to say without rushing to judgment. They are patient and genuine in their desire to understand the thoughts and feelings of the people they lead.
True leaders are forthright with their people. They communicate openly and often. True leaders take the time to communicate often to their team in order to show that their team is valued and important to them. They understand that as the leader they have an obligation to communicate directly with their people so they never allow a void that someone with mal-intent can fill. True leaders take on the responsibility of communicating for themselves." - Amy Rees Anderson
PS - A True Leader is steadfast on his roles, goals and ambition, regardless of what, how, whom and where; so far it's meant to deliver goodness to a large population.

to be continue...
