Start - the ability to begin and give something life. It could be a project, business, idea or ideal, or even a goal. The moment a thought is made existent by action then that thing has started. Eg on December 10/2015, DEED‎ began its existence and since has been organizing and doing the responsibility that brought it to life, that's educating people especially the youth. We have engaged discussed on entrepreneurship development in Nigeria and had made serious improvement. 

Build - the ability to continue on an existent ideal, it's the process of continuous Horning of an idea or project, ensuring it receives the need support, personnel, program, and operations. Eg. DEED, we today have over 50people gunning to become a coordinator in the state of Nigeria. This is building. Having a website under construction is building. Establishing means through which one is reached is building. Building requires the use of existent contact, networks and approach for continuous delivery of services. 

Grow - the ability to reach outside you own BOX, here you deplore external networks, contacts and employ the billionaires strategy of growth, using others as a leverage. DEED next stage is growth, which will occur once all state chapters is launched and are delivering on the mission and vision which holds the organisation. It's good to have a vision and most appropriate to engage all gear towards achieving the goals.
