Is this an end to the insurgence, "#BokoHaram"?

PMB borrowing to rebuild North East, Nigeria signals an end to the insurgence, my question is "hope everything necessary is fully put in place, for a scratched back with fire, will loom more danger?
I hold sway that PMB visit to PBO of America should begin to define the "#ChangeAgendaNigeria".

It is my believe that before and after the America trip, that PBO has already put to plate an end to #BokoHaram", in wait for the return of the "ChibokGirls", for a debt of over $2.1billion should be enough to end the madness at North-East, Nigeria as ascribed by PMB. Abi?

Let us not forget in a hurry that the British former Prime Minister, Gordon Brown and others set aside ten thousand Dollars in a foundation money to save the schools in the same North-East?
